On the morning of November 6, the second day of the 2nd China International Import Expo (CIIE), Benxi Steel Group signed a bulk original fuel imports agreement with BHP for 140 million US dollars, marking the first large deal at this CIIE for Liaoning. On the same afternoon, Benxi Steel Group signed a bulk original fuel imports agreement with Vale for 160 million US dollars, becoming the maximum value project on that day for Liaoning.
