National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of the People's Republic of China announced on October 31 that the Guidance Catalogue for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2019 edition) was approved on August 27, 2019 and will come into effect as of January 1, 2020, and the amended Guidance Catalogue (2011 edition) will be abolished at the same time.
