The major measures for production restriction and suspension of industrial sources including:
1. In iron and steel industry, enterprises with performance level of B should suspend sintering machine and pelletizing facilities; if the alert time excesses 120 hours, these enterprises should halt 50% (including) or more of production on the basis of production line after the 120 hours . All lime kilns should suspend production . Coking chambers of 6m and more should extend coking time to 28 hours and those of 6m and less should extend coking time to 36 hours . Enterprises with performance level of C should suspend sintering machine and pelletizing facilities; if the alert time excesses 120 hours, these enterprises should halt 50% (including) or more of production after the 120 hours . All blast furnaces should halt 50% (including) or more of production based on per blast furnace . All lime kilns should suspend production . Coking chambers of 6m and more should extend coking time to 28 hours and those of 6m and less should extend coking time to 36 hours.
2. Coking and chemical enterprises with performance level of B and C should extend coking time to 36 hours.
3. In short-process iron and steel industry, independent sintering, pelletizing and rolling enterprises should suspend production.
4. In casting industry, enterprises with performance level of A can take emission reduction measures independently; enterprises with performance level of B and C should halt all gas emission related processes.
5. In ceramic industry (including building ceramics producers, independent dry blank manufacturing or burning, independent decoration firing process, etc . ), enterprises with performance level of B should halt 50% (including) or more of roasting process on the basis of production line; enterprises with performance level of C should suspend production.
6. In refractories production industry (using high temperature kilns), enterprises using coal as fuel should halt production; enterprises that don't use natural gas, coal gas and liquefied gas as fuel should halt 50% (including) or more of production on the basis of production line.
