Hebei to launch heavy pollution weather emergency response II

Recently, the office for air pollution prevention and control of Hebei issued Notice for Heavy Pollution Weather Orange Alert and Emergency Response II for Region 1&2. The notice asked cities in region 1 (including Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Hengshui, Xingtai, Handan, Dingzhou, Xinji, Xiong'an New Area) and region 2 (Tangshan, Langfang, Cangzhou, Qinhuangdao) to issue heavy pollution weather orange alert and launch emergency response II from 8:00 a.m. of November 1.
