Whitehaven Coal's coal output up by 22% YOY in Q3 2019

On October 22, Australian Whitehaven Coal said its output and sales increased significantly in the third quarter (July-September 2019) as a result of increased production at its Narrabri mine.
From July to September 2019, Whitehaven Coal produced 4.4 million tons of raw coal, up by 22% YOY. In the same period, it produced 4.9 million tons of commodity coal, up by 23% YOY.
The company sold 5.5 million tons of coal in the third quarter of 2019, up by 14% YOY.
Whitehaven's target annual output in 2019 keeps at 22-23.5 million tons.
