Taiwan Customs Department announced on October 9, 2019, that in light of economic interest of the public, Taiwan decided to not levy countervailing duty and anti-dumping duty on certain carbon cold-rolled steel products from the mainland although Taiwan previously prepared to impose such duties for five years since October 9.
