S . comprehensive economic dialogue, and U . S . trade representative and Treasury Secretary . Under the direction of the important consensus made by two presidents, the two parties had a frank, efficient and constructive discussion on economic and trade issues of common concern . Substantial progresses were made in agriculture, intellectual property right protection, exchange rate, financial service, trade cooperation expansion, technology transfer and dispute settlement .
