MNR: China to further promote openness of mining market

Ling Yueming, Vice-minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources of PRC (MNR), revealed on October 9 that at present, China is drafting to revise the Mineral Resources Law, which will comprehensively promote open competition in the transfer of mining rights and strictly restrict the transfer by negotiation to more fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of mining rights holders and treat all kinds of market entities at home and abroad more equally.
