People's Government of Liaoyang County recently sought public opinions for Environment Impact Assessment for the Plan of Carbon and Iron and Steel High-quality and Deep-processing Industrial Park (2018-2035) in Liaoyang County for the first time. According to the publication, Liaoyang County plans to build a high-quality and deep-processing base for iron and steel, a carbon industry base and an environment protection industry base, covering an area of 12.33 square kilometers.
