It is said that Emergency Management Office of Tangshan reissued measures for production curb and suspension in the National Day holiday and autumn and winter. The outline is as follows:
Special period: from September 24 to September 30, enterprises should suspend more than 50% of blast furnaces and suspend all sintering machines, shaft furnaces and lime kilns and no resumption is allowed.
Stage I: from October 1 to November 14, enterprises should suspend 50% of blast furnaces, sintering machines, shaft furnaces and lime klins; if there is alert for heavy pollution weather, 50% of blast furnaces should suspend production and all sintering machines and shaft furnaces should suspend production and 50% of blast furnaces should suspend production five days later and all lime kilns should suspend production.
Stage II: from November 15 to March 15 of next year, blast furnaces, sintering machines, shaft furnaces and lime kilns enterprises should suspend production in accordance with documents for enterprises in C-level (Xinda suspends 50%); if there is alert for heavy pollution weather, 50% of blast furnaces should suspend production and all sintering machines and shaft furnaces should suspend production and 50% of blast furnaces should suspend production five days later and all lime kilns should suspend production.
Other period: after March 15, according to technological guide, if there is alert for heavy pollution weather, sintering machines and shaft furnaces in C-level enterprises should suspend production; five days later, the enterprises should suspend 50% of shaft furnaces, 50% of blast furnaces and all lime kilns.
