China, U.S. hold vice-ministerial level talk in Washington

On 19-20 September, China and the United States held a vice-ministerial level talk in Washington, constructively discussing mutually-concerned trade and economic issues. The two parties also exchanged ideas on the 13th round of China-U.S. senior-level trade talk to be held in Washington in October and agreed to keep communication on related issues.
