Baowu strives to start construction of Yancheng iron and steel base in H1 2020

On the afternoon of September 11, Baowu and the Provincial Government of Jiangsu held a special meeting to promote Yancheng iron and steel base project. According to the meeting, phase one of Baowu's Yancheng iron and steel base project is planned to start pile driving in November 2020. As starting part of the project, Baowu will strive to start the construction of coking furnaces in the first half of 2020. Currently, the overall planning and design and environmental impact assessment of the project have launched.
