Recently, Wu'an in Hebei released Production Control Plan for Iron and Steel and Coking Enterprises in Wu'an in September. Details as follows:
1. Time of control: September 1, 2019- September 30, 2019.
2. Scope of control:
(1) Areas for special control: seven enterprises including Xinjin Iron & Steel, Mingfang Iron and Steel, Wen'an Iron and Steel, Wenfeng Iron and Steel's major plant, Yuzhou Coking, Jinpeng Coking and Daqiao Cement;
(2) Areas for key control: six enterprises including Yuhua Steel, Jinding Casting, Xinghua Iron & Steel, Longfenshan Casting Industry, Xinhui Metallurgy and Xinfeng Cement;
(3) Areas for common control: ten enterprises including Puyang Iron and Steel, Hongrong Iron and Steel, Yongcheng Iron and Steel, Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes, Xinshan Iron and Steel, Wenfeng Iron and Steel's western plant, Huafeng Coking, Baoye Coking, Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Coking and Guangpu Coking;
3. Rules of control: the government of Wu'an should supervise the 23 mentioned enterprises in different levels based on the scope of control.
From September 1 to September 30, the government of Wu'an should pay more attention to the 23 mentioned enterprises in production control and make sintering facilities and blasts suspend production in turns for a certain period of time.
