The Ministry of Finance announced on August 28 that the exclusion declaration system for tariffs-imposed US goods (the second batch) was opened on August 28, 2019. According to the announcement, enterprises and associations (chambers of commerce) in China can register and login through the website of the Tariff Policy Research Center of the Ministry of Finance, and begin filling out exclusion applications. On September 2, the exclusion declaration system will formally accept the second batch of exclusion applications.
