Zhong Ke San Huan Hi-tech provides updates on cooperation with CSRE

On 5 August, Beijing Zhong Ke San Huan Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. (Zhong Ke San Huan) provided updates on its cooperation with China Southern Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. (CSRE).
1. After signing the Letter of Intent, Zhong Ke San Huan communicated with CSRE on signing of the formal agreement for many times and the two parties are negotiating specific articles.
2. Zhong Ke San Huan set up a special team for the cooperation.
3. Zhong Ke San Huan is preparing for becoming a shareholder of CSRE and establishing a joint venture with CSRE, including buying land, constructing plant, purchasing equipment, recruiting and conducting due diligence on CSRE.
On 21 April, 2019, the two parties signed a Letter of Intent, according to which Zhong Ke San Huan will take 5% shares of CSRE by increasing capital and expanding stocks and jointly invest in and establish a high-performance sintered NdFeB producer with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons with CSRE.
