12 special railway lines for key iron and steel enterprises to be completed by late 2019 in Tangshan

Yang Huasen, the Standing Committee and Vice Mayor of Tangshan and Secretary of the Party and Labor Committee of the Beijing-Hebei Caofeidian Co-development Demonstration Zone, said recently that Tangshan had organized and coordinated the construction of 12 special railway lines for key iron and steel enterprises, which are to be completed by the end of 2019.
The work for 12 special railway lines for key iron and steel enterprises include the reconstruction and expansion of five existing special railway lines and the construction of seven special railway lines for 10 new iron and steel enterprises. Up to now, the reconstruction of four special lines has been completed with six having started the construction, and two are in improvement of the preliminary work. The 12 lines are expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
