On July 12, 2019, Taiwan's competent financial authorities issued an announcement to make final anti-dumping and anti-subsidy rulings on imported cold-rolled carbon steel originating in mainland China: China Baowu Steel Group Co., Ltd., Angang Co., Ltd., Ma'anshan Steel Co., Ltd., Benxi Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., Benxi Steel Co., Ltd. The dumping margins of all producers/exporters in mainland China, such as Puxiang Cold Rolled Plate Co., Ltd., Hunan Hualing Steel Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Co., Ltd., are 36.77% and the subsidies are 51.10%.
