Yueda International Holdings to sell subsidiary's exploitation right

Yueda International Holdings issued an announcement on July 23, 2019, that the company plans to sell all the issued share capital of Yuelong Co., Ltd. to Yueda Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.; the selling price is RMB231 million (USD33.57 million).
According to the announcement, the target company is a holding company. Its major asset is 100% of issued share capital of Baoshan Feilong Nonferrous Metal Co., Ltd., whose major assets are exploitation right and mining business in Baoshan, Yunnan and main products include zinc concentrate, lead concentrate and copper concentrate.
