China Baowu Steel signs strategic cooperation framework agreement with Tibet autonomous region

On July 14, Chen Derong, chairman and party committee secretary of China Baowu Steel, and Guo Bin, deputy general manager of the company, went to Tibet autonomous region, talking with relevant leaders of the region. The two sides exchanged views on promoting industrial poverty alleviation, strengthening industrial cooperation and further enhancing counterpart assistance.
On July 15, China Baowu Steel signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Tibet autonomous region. According to the agreement, China Baowu Steel will support Tibet's high-quality development, earnestly implement general secretary Xi Jinping's strategic thought of industrial and educational assistance, and do a good job in assisting the poverty alleviation work in Tibet's three counties, so as to assist Tibet in industry, talents, education and employment.
