Shengda Mining to acquire 44% equities of Deyun Mining

Shengda Mining announced on July 23 that the company intends to purchase 44% equities of Deyun Mining for 109,327,100 yuan (15,891,029 US dollars) (including the creditor's rights of the counterparty to Deyun Mining). After the completion of the acquisition, the company will become the largest shareholder of Deyun Mining and realize relative control. The company is also negotiating to acquire another 7%-10% equities, so that the company will hold more than 51% equities of Deyun Mining to achieve absolute control.
At present, Deyun Mining has one prospecting right, namely, the lead-zinc polymetallic deposit in Bayan-Baolege area, Arukeerqin Banner, Inner Mongolia. The prospecting right is still under the name of Deyun Mining, and no transfer of prospecting right is involved in this acquisition.
