India announces preliminary determination on aluminium and zinc coated flat products from China

On July 15, 2019, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued a bulletin affirming preliminary anti-dumping sanctions on aluminium and zinc coated flat products originating in or importing from China, Korea and Vietnam. It recommended that temporary anti-dumping duties be levied on the products involved: USD68.08/t-USD129.59/t for China, USD28.67/t-USD122.66/t for Korea and USD45.66/t-USD199.53/t for Vietnam. Detailed measures are shown in the table below. The case involves products under the Indian tax numbers 72106100, 72125090, 72259900 and 72269990, as well as some products under the tax numbers 72101290, 72103090, 72104900, 72106900, 72107000, 72109090, 72121090, 72122090, 72123090, 72124000, 72169910, 72255010, 72259100, 72259200 and 72269930.
