Chalco Guizhou Branch signs supplemental agreement to aluminum processing project with CNPT

On the afternoon of June 18, Chalco Guizhou Branch and China Nonferrous Metals Processing Technology Co., Ltd. ("CNPT") formally signed the supplemental agreement to the general construction contract of aluminum processing project.
The two companies entered into the general construction contract of aluminum processing project on October 20, 2017 and later commenced construction. However, the construction was temporarily stopped in 2018 as Chalco Guizhou Branch made some adjustments to project product solution and construction plan. Chalco approved the adjustment on February 28, 2019 followed by Chalco Guizhou Branch and CNPT. After negotiation, the two sides signed a supplemental agreement to the general construction contract, laying foundation for future development.
