Recently, the General Office of the Zhengzhou People's Government issued the "Work program for promoting industrial structure adjustment for pollution prevention and control in Zhengzhou" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program").
The Program mentions that by the end of 2020, the industrial layout, scale and structure that do not conform to the ecological environment function will be adjusted and optimized, and new projects with excess capacity and new chemical parks will be prohibited.
