Jiuli Hi-tech Metals to invest RMB600 million in Yongxing Special Stainless Steel

In order to optimize the upstream raw material supply chain management system, Jiuli Hi-tech Metals announced on June 10 that the company decided to introduce Yongxing Special Stainless Steel as a long-term stable supply chain partner for the purpose of strategic investment.In the next 12 months, with its own capital not exceeding RMB600 million, through the way permitted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange system (including but not limited to centralized bidding, bulk trading, consortium), Jiuli Hi-tech Metals will purchase common shares issued by Yongxing Special Stainless Steel in the domestic A-share market. Upon completion of the purchase, the company will hold no less than 10% and no more than 20% of the total shares of Yongxing Special Stainless Steel. At the same time, the company signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Yongxing Special Stainless Steel.
