Shaanxi conducts coal mine safety activity from Jun to the end of Dec

The Office of Production Safety Commission in Shaanxi held a meeting on June 6 to deepen the coal mine safety and announced that from now to the end of December, Shaanxi will conduct an activity to inspect coal mine safety, evaluate the safety of high-risk coal mines and solve key problems in different regions; it will strengthen the safety management and risk control of major disasters (gas, flood, rock burst, roof fall), high-risk coal mines and other mines. The activity will also be helpful to the stability and improvement of coal mine safety.
The activity are divided into three phases: phase one will start from June to the end of July and focus on the nine major problems and hidden dangers which can damage the coal mine safety, arrange and implement coal mine safety inspection and conduct safety evaluation of high-risk coal mine; phase two will start from July to the end of October to solve problems of mines and clear up all regional hidden dangers; phase three will start from November to the end of December and review the activity to check if all the problems are solved and dangers are eliminated or not.
