Shandong Taishan Steel Group held on June 1st a farewell ceremony for its Overseas Business Unit to Indonesia, which opened the curtain for the company's first overseas base construction in Indonesia.
There are two reasons for the company to establish a company and a plant in Indonesia. Firstly, Indonesia owns rich mineral resources and sufficient labor force. Secondly, Taishan Steel is promoting its Belt and Road strategies and is deepening cooperation on developing overseas resources.
