Tsingshan has submitted a letter of intent to build a joint venture with stainless steel cold rolling plant in Malaysia, Europe and South Korea after China's anti-dumping action against Indonesia.
According to south Korean media, Tsingshan plans to build a stainless steel cold rolling plant with an annual capacity of 600,000t in South Korea, and has submitted a letter of intent to Busan municipal government, who is reviewing whether it can approve the license.
At the same time, other overseas cold-rolling stainless steel cooperation is also planned to proceed.
