On May 20, 2019, Taiwan's competent financial authorities issued a bulletin to make a preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on the import of Certain Flat-rolled Steel Products from the mainland of China: preliminary ruling on the existence of government subsidies for the products involved in the mainland of China, but it did not harm the relevant industries in Taiwan, so temporary anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures will not be implemented on the products involved. Taiwan's financial authorities expect the final ruling of the case to be made within 60 days from the date of the initial ruling.
