Taiwan issues preliminary determination on Certain flat-rolled products of stainless steel from Mainland China

On May 20, 2019, Taiwan's competent financial authorities issued a public announcement to make preliminary anti-dumping and anti-subsidy rulings on imported stainless steel hot-rolled flat steel from mainland China: preliminary rulings are that there is dumping and subsidy of products involved in mainland China, but did not damage related industries in Taiwan, so temporary anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures will not be implemented on the products involved. Taiwan's financial authorities expect the final ruling of the case to be made within 60 days from the date of the initial ruling. The case concerns products under the coordinated tariff codes are 721911, 721912, 721913, 721914, 721921, 721922, 721923, 721924, 722011 and 722012.
