On May 20, 2019, Taiwan's competent financial authorities issued a public announcement, making a preliminary anti-dumping and countervailing ruling against imported carbon cold-rolled steel products from the mainland of China: preliminary ruling on dumping and subsidy of the products involved in the mainland of China, but did not harm the relevant industries in Taiwan, so no temporary anti-dumping and countervailing measures were imposed on the products involved. Taiwan's financial authorities expect the final ruling of the case to be made within 60 days from the date of the initial ruling.
