According to the Statistics Bureau of Ordos, the coal output in Ordos was 55.878 million tons in April, 2019, up by 4.105 million tons or 7.9% from the same period last year.
From January to April, 2019, the total output in Ordos was 203.825 million tons, up by 14.534 million tons or 7.7% from the same period last year.
By the end of April, 13 coal companies above the city's scale had halted production.
