Jiachen Group researches dense high-purity sintered magnesia

The government of Yingkou, Liaoning, held a new product release conference & expert forum for dense high-purity sintered magnesia on May 17th jointly with Jiachen Group, one of top 500 Chinese enterprises. It's announced during the conference that Jiachen Group has successfully put dense high-purity sintered magnesia into production. The purity and bulk density of the new product, which is named Jiachen Ultra-Purity Magnesia by Jiachen Group, reaches over 90% and 3.40g/cm3 respectively. The successful production of the material fills the gaps in the field of high grade sintered magnesia in China.
High grade sintered magnesia is usually extracted from sea-water and brine in the world and the production capacity of the material can't meet industrial demand. Adopting a new technology, Jiachen Group extracts Jiachen Ultra-Purity Magnesia from waste and low grade magneiste and thus stimulates Chinese refractory industry to upgrade from owning resources to grasping core technology. Thanks to the new technology, the problem related to insufficient production capacity in global magnesium-refractory industry will be solved.
