Chifeng Gold announced on April 22 that the company intends to purchase 100% of Hanfeng Mining at RMB396 per issued share and raised money by issuing stocks to less than RMB510 million.
After the trade, Chifeng Gold will acquire Hanfeng Mining's Tianbaoshan Dongfeng Mine, zinc-lead-copper-molybdenum reserves of Lishan Mine and two mining claims.
