Yunnan Germanium strengthens marketing of gallium arsenide products

2018 Annual Performance Online Briefing of Yunnan Germanium was held on April 4. Bao Wendong, chairman and general manager of Yunnan Germanium, said at the briefing that it plans to produce 17 tons of smelting germanium ingot for sale, 8.5 tons of germanium metal equated to infrared grade germanium products, 160,000 germanium monocrystalline wafers for solar battery, 26.50 tons of fiber germanium tetrachloride, and 372,200 monocrystalline wafers of gallium arsenide in 2019. At present, the company's main task is to strengthen marketing of gallium arsenide products and make full use of its production capacity.
