Chengyu Vanadium & Titanium upgrades vanadium project

On 27 March, Sichuan province held the commencement ceremony for Q1 2019 significant projects, including Weiyuan country vanadium deep-processing reconstruction project.
As announced earlier, Chengyu Vanadium & Titanium Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest RMB202 million in vanadium deep-processing reconstruction project. After the project is finished, the current production line with an annual production capacity of 5,000t of vanadium trioxide & high vanadium compound and the production line with an annual production capacity of 2,000t of vanadium nitride will be replaced by the lines with an annual production capacity of 5,000t of vanadium pentoxide respectively. It expects to produce 10,000t of vanadium pentoxide per annum.
