Nanshan Aluminum to inject capital to subsidiaries for construction of Indonesian alumina project

Shandong Nanshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. announced on February 15 that it plans to inject capital to Nanshan Aluminum Singapore Co., PTE LTD. ("Nanshan Singapore"), Global Aluminium International PTE LTD. ("GAI") and PT Bintan Alumina Indonesia ("BAI") for the construction of 1-million-ton alumina project located in Bintan Nanshan Industrial Park in Indonesia.
According to the announcement, the total capital injection is about RMB5,685,393,000.00, including RMB5,347,112,116.50 from Nanshan Aluminum and RMB338,280,883.50 from other shareholders. The injection of capital to Nanshan Singapore, GAI and BAI will be subject to the construction progress of the alumina project. Upon completion of the capital injection, Nanshan Singapore's registered capital will increase from USD89.12 million to USD830.014 million; GAI's registered capital will increase from USD71.92 million to USD851.8084 million; BAI's registered capital will increase from IDR949.9 billion to IDR12.011586 trillion.
