Australia makes AD sunset review on quenched and tempered steel plate from Finland

On February 11, 2019, the Anti-Dumping Commission of Australia announced its notice No. 2019/22 to initiate anti-dumping duty (AD) sunset review on quenched and tempered steel plate (the goods) imported from Finland, Japan and Sweden for the first time in response to the complaint lodged by Australian company Bisalloy Steels Pty Ltd. Involved goods were under Australian Tariff codes 7225.40.0021, 7225.40.0022, 7225.40.0023, 7225.40.0024 and 7225.99.0039. The investigation period of dumping was from January 1 to December 31, 2018.
Interested parties should submit related documents before March 20, 2019.
On January 8, 2014, Australia launched AD investigation on the goods imported from above three countries. On November 6, 2014, Australia made the final determination.
