CISA: Key steel enterprises' sales of finished steel reach 51.60 million tons in Dec 2018

According to CISA, 2.42 million tons of steel billet were sold by key steel enterprises in December 2018, up by 134,400t from the same period of last year. From January to December 2018, a total of 29.19 million tons of steel billet were sold, down by 3.20 million tons from the same period of last year.
In December, key steel enterprises sold 51.60 million tons of finished steel, down by 720,300t from the same period of last year. From January to December, the total sales of finished steel were 596.63 million tons, up by 11.17 million tons from the same period of last year.
In December, key steel enterprises sold 26.50 million tons of flat steel, up by 1.94 million tons from the same period of last year. From January to December, 302.07 million tons of flat steel were sold, down by 1.85 million tons from the same period of last year.
