HBIS signs share acquisition agreement with Tata Group in Beijing

On 28 January, HBIS and India-based Tata Group signed a share acquisition agreement in Beijing.
HBIS would acquire 70% shares of steel assets in Southeast Asia including Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia of Tata Group. The project would get support from both parties in channels, technology and management so as to serve the Southeast Asian market better.
