In terms of the decline rate, provinces like Guizhou, Jiangxi, Heilongjiang, Hubei and Hainan saw the largest decline, with their output decreasing by over 20%. The output of some provinces or regions like Jilin, Hebei, Guangdong, Yunnan, Fujian, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi decreased by more than 10%.
