Hebei to launch second-round of environmental inspection

It's reported that Hebei Province will conduct the second-round of special campaign on air pollution control in autumn and winter from 16 to 30 November, 2018.
The inspection will focus on implementation of staggering peak production and emergency plan during heating season, on-site enforcement of enterprises from key industries and crack-down on environmental violations.
