Chinese indium ingot 99.99%min market ran steadily in October on the whole, with mainstream prices standing at RMB1,500-1,600/kg (USD216-231/kg). Speculators increased their purchase volumes of indium ingot 99.99%min in late September, leading to rising prices, and thus the prices kept at high levels in early October. In mid-to-late October, prices for the material moved down amid decreased demand from speculators, but the price decline was limited due to firm raw material prices.
