On the morning of 25 October, Masteel Group held a mobilization meeting, requiring the long products unit to permanently halt production of its North China steelmaking system.
It's learnt that Masteel Group will permanently shut down two converters of 40t of long products unit in North China, resulting in an elimination of 1.28 million tons of steel production capacity.
