Hebei controls air pollution in autumn and winter

Hebei Province launched the first round of special campaign on 2018-2019 autumn and winter air pollution control on 10 October and all law enforcement officials were in place as scheduled.
In order to improve air quality within the province during autumn and winter, Hebei Province gathers all local authorities to severely crack down on air pollution violations by adopting various measures.
On-site inspections will focus on installation, operation and emission of pollution control equipment of enterprises that own industrial kilns and furnaces and discharge VOC, emission of 35t and over coal-fired boilers, emission control and online monitoring equipment installation and operation of enterprises that discharge air pollutants, qualification of key enterprises that discharge air pollutants and the implementation of emergency plan for heavy-pollution weather of enterprise that discharge air pollutants.
