On July 19th, the management transfer confirmation meeting of Guangxi Iron & Steel Group Company Limited ("Guangxi Iron & Steel") was held in the meeting center of Liuzhou Iron & Steel. On the meeting, the relevant representatives from Guangxi Iron & Steel, Liuzhou Iron & Steel and Wuhan Iron and Steel signed on the letter of confirmation. In addition, they also transferred the ownership certificate, financial data, seal and certificate, reflecting that Guangxi Iron & Steel is officially held by Liuzhou Iron & Steel.
