HBIS Wusteel No.1 Steelmaking achieves good start in billet export in first quarter

By the end of March 2018, HBIS Wusteel No.1 Steelmaking had cumulatively exported 193,267 tons of continuous casting billet and realized contract repayments of RMB691.05 million, achieving a good start in the first quarter of the year.
In 2018, the company required the plant to actively develop billet export market, with a total contract volume of 800,000 tons.
According to statistics, the company signed 51,275 tons of billet export contract in January, 71,504 tons in February and 70,487 tons in March, totaled 193,267 tons in the first quarter, and the total shipment volume reached 190,948 tons.
