Shaanxi Ligeance Mineral Resources Co., Ltd. announced that Shanxi Ligenance Mining Co., Ltd., one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, which had halted mining and beneficiation as prices of products were much lower than production costs, completely resumed production on April 16th after previous pilot running.
