Hunan Nonferrous Metals Industry releases new policy

In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of Hunan non-ferrous metal industry and the recycle, specialized, integrated and green development of the comprehensive recovery and recycling industry of non-ferrous metal resources, Hunan Non-Ferrous Metals Bureau and other departments jointly released opinions on the development of non-ferrous metal industry recently. The opinions put forward that by the end of the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the resource-transforming and disposal rate of Hunan province's non-ferrous metal solid waste and hazardous waste resource would reach 100%; recovery rate of non-ferrous metal secondary resources would increase by 10% by the end of "12th Five-Year Plan "; the main business revenue from comprehensive recovery and recycling industry of non-ferrous metal resources would account for more than 20% of that of the whole non-ferrous metals industry.
