Shenzhen SEG Co., Ltd. announced on the evening of January 18 that in order to accelerate the construction of new energy projects, making the solar cell module production line completed and put into production, SEG, Long Yan Energy and Shenneng Nanjing Energy Holdings Limited jointly invested SEG Long Yan. After the consultation with Long Yan Energy, it is proposed to adopt the mode of leasing its existing factory building and construct and operate the first production line. SEG Long Yan will set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou SEG Long Yan in Hangzhou, responsible for investment and operation of the production line. Hangzhou SEG Longyan, with registered capital of RMB40 million, has its own funds investment. Cadmium telluride thin-film photovoltaic project will become the company's main business in the future from the company's strategic level, which is of great significance.
