China Minmetals Corporation completes structure reform

On January 9, China Minmetals Corporation announced that it had completed company structure reform and has already gone through relevant commercial registration procedures. Changed from a corporation of all-people ownership into a wholly state-owned company and renamed China Minmetals Group Co., Ltd., the company has a registration capital of RMB10.2 billion and the chairperson of its board is also legal person of the company.
